General Bonus Rules

The following rules apply to all bets and games on 1xbetaffiliates:

• The minimum bet amount is ৳ 10. Some games may have different limits.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Game outcomes are determined entirely by third-party verified RNG.
• If a bet remains unsettled due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1xbetaffiliates platform. Violations may result in account closure and legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse – such as placing bets solely to clear a bonus.
• Any form of system hacking, manipulation, or use of fraudulent software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Colluding or conspiring with other players.
• Offensive, threatening, or harassing behaviour.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for a minor.

• Accounts showing no activity for an extended period (12 months) will be considered inactive.
• By court order or direction of a government authority.

Users may close their account at any time. Before doing so, please withdraw any remaining balance. After closure, the balance of an inactive account is retained for up to 18 months.
